1. Shipping Area
We currently ship to all residential and business addresses within the Netherlands. We are continually expanding our delivery network and may offer international shipping in the future.
2. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and handed over to one of our trusted delivery partners.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery within the Netherlands is:

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, peak shopping periods, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the delivery location and the size of your order.
From time to time, Cizms Artificial Plant may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.
6. Delivery Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

Unavailable recipients at the time of delivery

Severe weather or force majeure events
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
We carefully inspect every order before shipment.
If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

We will review your claim and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
8. Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and keep you informed throughout the process.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or cancelled before they have entered processing.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
10. Multiple Packages
For larger orders or products shipped from different warehouses, your order may arrive in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment where available.
11. Public Holidays
Orders are not processed or shipped on Dutch public holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next available business day.
